Here's everything you need to know about how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Chipkade Store.

🇮🇳 Domestic Orders (India)

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after placing it.
  • Delivery: Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 days.

Shipping Costs & Rules:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹290/-.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹59 COD charge applies for regular orders.
  • Minimum Order Value: We do not offer shipping for orders below ₹190/-.

Delivery Attempts & Issues:

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • In case of failed delivery, no refund will be issued for regular orders.
  • Note: For keychains, stickers, and pocket watches, if delivery takes more than 20 days, we will investigate the delay and refund you the amount.
