Refund & Replacement Policy

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Domestic Orders (India)

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and provide an unboxing video if you notice any damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

  • Video should be between 1 and 4 minutes long.
  • Ensure clear visibility of the packaging and product.
  • Send the video via WhatsApp to 9019808920.

Replacements and Exchanges:
You are eligible for a replacement or exchange only if the item you received is damaged/defective, or you did not receive the item you ordered.

Order Adjustments & Special Cases:

  • Wrong Model Ordered: If a customer orders the wrong model skin and wants to replace it after delivery, they can do so by paying 40% of the selling price of the replacement skin.
  • Pre-Dispatch Changes: If the product has not yet been dispatched, you may update your model within 4 hours of placing the order free of charge.
  • Fit Issues: If the skins do not fit your device when applied, you must provide clear images for verification and replacement. Without valid images, we cannot process any replacement requests. Incorrect installation or improper application of the skins are not covered under replacement.

To request a replacement, please send photos of the damaged or incorrect items to us within 24 hours of receiving the order via email (support@chipkade.com) or WhatsApp (9019808920). Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Charges & Refunds

  • If we fail to deliver your order within 20 days, you will be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds take 5โ€“7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • No refunds are provided for rejected or refused deliveries.
  • Refunds are only granted if Chipkade Store is unable to fulfill or ship the order.
  • In case of missing items, we will send the missing product once you provide a valid unboxing video.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation is allowed within 2โ€“4 hours of placing the order.
  • A cancellation fee of 18% applies.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed by our payment gateway.

Non-returnable & Customized Items

  • No returns for change of mind or unmet expectations โ€” all products are custom-made.
  • Slight color/design variation due to screen calibration is not considered a defect.
  • Customized skins (with uploaded images) are non-returnable and non-refundable. All responsibility for image copyright lies with the customer.

Goods Undelivered Due to Customer Issues:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, a fee of INR 89 will be charged for re-shipping. No refunds or design changes will be entertained in such cases.

๐ŸŒ International Orders

Please review our policies for replacements, cancellations, and exchanges for international customers.

Order Changes:

  • Pre-Shipment: You may change your order before it is shipped. Use the Contact Us form and select โ€˜Order Related Queryโ€™, mention your order ID and the new preference.
  • Post-Shipment: If your item has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still change the order by contacting us. A $29 redelivery fee will apply. Only prepaid payment will be accepted (a secure payment link will be emailed to you).

Replacements and Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds once an international order has shipped. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. For any defect noticed before application, please send clear images within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Eligibility:

  • If we fail to deliver your international order within 30 days, we will investigate and issue a full refund.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 2 business days and reflected in your account within 3โ€“7 business days.

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your international order before it is shipped (usually within 4โ€“12 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends).
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Color differences due to display settings are not considered defects.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.
  • You will receive tracking updates via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
